International lawyer, lecturer at the Eötvös Loránd University and holding the same position at the Zrínyi Miklós University of Natonal Defence, Tamás Lattman is a usual for our humanitarian law summer-school, Law is Better Than War!2010 being the 3rd consecutive edition that enjoys the privilege of his participation.
